Office for Civil Rights Is Still Adding 2024 Case Resolutions as Its 2026 List Grows

Almost two years after 2024 ended, OCR’s online database lists 36 more cases resolved in 2024, along with 10 more from 2026. OCR doesn’t flag new listings, leaving readers to track what’s been added.

U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) online database now lists 46 more case resolutions for 2024 and 2026. The increases include 27 listings involving disability discrimination.

2024 Resolutions

Since August 14, 2025, the overall count for 2024 resolutions remained the same: 518 overall, 390 involving disability discrimination.
