Force Majeure Special Education Action is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, power outages, issues with the Substack platform. In addition, writers are human, become sick, have families, and experience events that can impact the ability to write.
21. Children’s Online Privacy Protection This Site is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us to remove it.
