March 11, 2026, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) published four more findings and resolution agreements to the 2026 section of its “Office for Civil Rights Recent Resolution Search” database. This brings the total number of complaints listed under 2026 to 45, 13 of which focus on disability discrimination cases.
Quick Review
OCR doesn’t publish press releases for most findings, and its site has no “recently added” filter or marker showing what’s new. This makes tracking new additions to its site difficult since they aren’t published chronologically.
For example, some 2024 findings and resolutions didn’t appear online until mid-2025. With cases listed only by agreement date or party name—not by upload date—there’s no way to track what was actually posted when. In addition, as of the date of this publication, at least one 2026 entry should be under 2025 instead. Schoolcraft College, Michigan, which has an agreement signed December 11, 2025, and a letter issued December 30, 2026, appears under 2026 with a “resolved date” of January 30, 2026.
This forces families and advocates into a daily scavenger hunt just to monitor federal enforcement of disability rights—and it forces them to rely on the education agencies being forthcoming with information.

Letter and agreement with Portland Public Schools. The agreement was signed March 3, 2026, and the letter was issued March 4, 2026.
Washington:
Letter and agreement with Bremerton School District No 100-C The agreement was signed February 24, 2026, and the letter was issued March 4, 2026.
